About the Role
We are seeking a Business & Financial Analyst to strengthen Flocean's financial and commercial capabilities across business development and fundraising at both corporate and SPV levels. You'll report to the CFO and work closely with the CEO, playing a key role in financial modeling, investor materials, and market analysis.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing scale-up. No task is too small or too big, everyone contributes where needed. You'll gain exposure to strategy, finance, and business development while also supporting administrative and ad hoc tasks that keep the company moving forward.
What You'll Do
Financial Modeling
- Build and maintain the company's long-term financial model on a group and project level
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision making
- Support fundraising efforts with financial narratives, data rooms, and investor Q&A·
- Prepare liquidity forecasts, runway analyses, and funding needs
- Benchmark Flocean's financial metrics against peers and comparable projects
- Mapping and analysis of the desalination market, including key segments
- Competitive landscape and peer analysis
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Prepare materials for Board meetings and strategic discussions
- Coordinate corporate documents and records

What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, project finance, consulting, investment banking, or infrastructure investing
- Strong financial modeling skills· Understanding of SPVs, infrastructure-style investments, and cash-flow valuation is a plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- You want your work to make a difference
- Hands-on and humble: No task is beneath you - you're ready to roll up your sleeves
- Adaptable: Comfortable in a dynamic, scaling environment
- Structured and reliable: Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
